Tele Caller

to join our team. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, following up with leads, providing product/service information, and maintaining customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a pleasant attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services/products Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information Maintain and update customer database Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into appointments/sales Build and maintain strong customer relationships Meet daily/weekly targets assigned by the team Record feedback and escalate issues when required

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English & Malayalam Basic computer knowledge Positive attitude and customer-focused approach Ability to handle calls with confidence Previous tele calling or customer service experience is an added advantage
