Macdot Media, a growing digital marketing and branding company, is looking for a
Telecaller
to join our team. The role involves handling client inquiries, providing information about our services, and supporting our sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
Provide accurate information about our services to potential clients.
Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Assist the sales and marketing team in lead generation and client engagement.
Build positive relationships with clients through effective communication.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Malayalam and English (additional languages are a plus).
Basic computer knowledge.
Prior experience in telecalling or customer service preferred (freshers can also apply).
Positive attitude, patience, and good convincing skills.
