We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic
Telecaller & Office Administrator
to join our team at Mindful Rejuvenation Hospital. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, maintain effective communication with patients and clients, and support daily administrative and front-office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally and efficiently.
Provide information regarding hospital services, appointments, and procedures.
Maintain patient records and follow up on appointment confirmations.
Manage front desk operations including visitor management and scheduling.
Assist in handling correspondence, filing, and basic office documentation.
Maintain daily reports and assist with administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum
1-2 years
of telecalling or front-office experience (hospital or healthcare preferred).
Education:
Graduate in any discipline.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pleasant personality and customer-centric approach.
