Des-Tech Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive
Telecaller
to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential students, explaining our training programs, handling inquiries, and assisting in student admissions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students to explain course details and admission procedures.
Maintain a database of leads, follow up regularly, and update records.
Generate and nurture leads through effective communication and persuasion.
Provide accurate information about course fees, schedules, placement assistance, and other benefits.
Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth enrollment of students.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and enrollment goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Minimum Plus Two/Degree in any discipline.
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
Excellent verbal communication skills in
English and Malayalam
(Hindi/Tamil is a plus).
Strong convincing ability and a customer-oriented mindset.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
