We are looking for an enthusiastic

Telecaller

to join our team! The right candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to connect with customers over the phone to

promote services and generate leads

Key Responsibilities

# Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries.
# Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in the CRM system.
# Follow up on leads to meet sales and conversion targets.
# Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of telecalling/customer service experience. Good communication skills in

English & Malayalam

(additional languages are a plus). Basic computer knowledge. Positive, result-oriented attitude.
