Coordinate with Service Advisors for technical queries of customers.
Maintaining the dissatisfied customers records and date of attending. Control of appointments of dissatisfied customers.
Daily report of PSF (summary).
Calling customer for customer meets.
Customer complaints reports/record keeping.
