We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic

Telecaller

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage clients in a friendly and professional manner. As a Telecaller at Intia Private Limited, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential customers, promote our services.

Key Responsibilities

:

Make outbound calls to potential clients, offering information about our services Respond to inbound calls and inquiries from clients Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and concerns Maintain accurate records of all client interactions Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into customers Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention Stay updated on the latest healthcare solutions offered by eHealth Work as part of a team to achieve daily and monthly targets

Qualifications

:

Proficiency in English, Malayalam (spoken and written) Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools) A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
