We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our team. As a Telemarketing Executive, you will generate leads, make outbound calls to customers, and promote our products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to customers to promote products/services and generate leads.
2. Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions.
3. Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIS).
4. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
5. Update customer records and database with accurate information.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
7. Participate in training sessions to improve sales and communication skills.
Requirements:
1. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.
2. Minimum 0-2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
4. Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with CRM software and telemarketing tools.
2. Knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques.
