Greetings!

Hiring for Tele Callers, Bangalore BSK 3rd stage

:

? Coordinating with Business Partners and retaining the business in motor vertical in assigned state.

? Regular follow up with Business Partners / Agents for renewal and business Retention.

? Increasing the Business partner count from the shared data bank.

? Should have worked in motor insurance

Renewal process, Quote preparation, Policy issuance

.

(Private Cars, Two Wheelers, GCV, LCV, SCV, MCV, HCV, etc.,)

Key Responsibilities:

? Handle Business Partners inquiries, resolve complaints, and educate clients on Motor policies and benefits.

?

Client Relationship Management:

This involves regular communication with our Existing and New clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.

?

Understanding client needs:

Assessing and identifying client needs to tailor product offerings and provide personalized solutions.

Technical Skills:

? Working knowledge in Ms Excel and Ms Word

?

English, Kannada, Hindi
