Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to promote banking products such as credit cards, personal loans, savings accounts, and insurance.
Engage with potential customers, explain product features clearly, and convert leads into successful sales.
Handle inbound inquiries efficiently with accurate product information and professionalism.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Ensure complete process compliance and timely updates in CRM systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate or Undergraduate with
6 months-2 years
of experience in Tele Sales or Customer Service.
Prior experience in
Banking, Financial Services, or Telesales
preferred.
Excellent
English communication skills (mandatory)
.
Fluency in
any two regional languages
is an added advantage.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and active listening skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and enthusiastic team player.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
