Tele calling Experience Good knowledge in system works
responsible for overseeing various tasks related to road transport and vehicle registration.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and online Enquiries regarding driving license Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer operation

Good communication skills in English and local language

Polite, well-groomed, and customer-oriented approach

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
