We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive

Female Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, answering inquiries, and setting up appointments for our sales team. A strong communicator with a focus on customer service and lead generation will thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients based on provided leads.

Provide information about property listings, pricing, and availability.

Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with leads through calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.

Maintain records of calls, feedback, and lead status using CRM tools.

Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets and conversion goals.

Maintain a professional and positive attitude while engaging with clients.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate Female candidate preferred. (Fresher May Also Apply)

Excellent communication skills in [Languages required, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].

Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or real estate is a plus.

Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated personality.

Basic knowledge of real estate market trends is desirable.
