Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to
investment leads
, understand intent and interest level
Explain Sabhan Furniture's
investment opportunity, returns, model, business structure
in a clear manner
Fix meetings for the corporate team with investors (online / office meeting / on-site visit)
Maintain daily calling sheet: number of calls, outcome, next follow-up date
Coordinate meeting schedules with the management team and ensure lead attends
Daily follow-up on open leads until they convert to meeting stage
Share investment presentation / brochures digitally when required
Assist in conversion by keeping communication active until investor finalizes
Update CRM / lead tracker regularly with call status and feedback
