Key Responsibilities Lead Verification Verify and qualify leads received from marketing, campaigns, or sales teams.
Validate customer details such as name, contact information, requirements, and interest level.
Identify genuine leads and mark duplicates, invalid, or non-serviceable leads.
Maintain accuracy and integrity of data in CRM or lead management systems.
Outbound & Inbound Calling Make outbound calls to prospective customers to understand their requirements.
Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information about products/services.
Follow scripts, guidelines, and calling targets assigned by the team.
Nurture leads through follow-up calls when required.
Customer Engagement Provide clear communication and maintain a polite, professional tone.
Resolve basic queries and redirect complex issues to the appropriate team.
Build rapport with customers to improve lead conversion chances.
Reporting & Coordination Update call status, lead stage, and customer feedback in the CRM.
Share daily calling reports with the team leader/manager.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for smoother lead flow.
Requirements Minimum 0-0.6 months of experience in telecalling, lead verification, or customer support (freshers can also apply).
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (additional languages are a plus).
Ability to handle rejections, stay motivated, and meet daily calling targets.
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, Google Sheets).
Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-centric mindset.
