Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to share project details and generate interest
Explain project features, pricing, and location details to potential buyers
Maintain a database of customer information and update call logs regularly
Follow up with leads through phone calls, messages, or emails
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule site visits and client meetings
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
Meet daily/weekly call and lead targets assigned by the manager
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi
Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets for data entry
Ability to understand and explain project details clearly
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and willing to learn
Pursuing or completed graduation in any stream (Marketing or Business preferred)
