Position : Tele Caller Intern

Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi
Duration: 45 Days
Stipend: 5,000 (Fixed) + Up to 10,000 (Based on event walk-ins/attendees)
Eligibility: Open to all candidates with good communication skills. No specific educational background required.
Preference: Female candidates

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students from the existing database or leads. Provide detailed information about ongoing and upcoming Study Abroad events, seminars, and webinars. Schedule and coordinate virtual and face-to-face counselling sessions between students and counsellors. Follow up with interested candidates to ensure participation and attendance at events. Collaborate with branch teams to boost student footfall at events and counselling sessions. Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes using CRM or Excel. Provide daily/weekly reports to the reporting manager.
