Experience:

0- 2 yrs. in tele calling / tele sales.

CTC Offered: 1.80 lacs to 2.40 lacs.



Educational Qualification:



Graduate preferred in any discipline (Finance/ Commerce background preferred).

Desired Skills & Competencies:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills, (Hindi, English, and regional language preferred.

Basic knowledge of finance, accounting, and MIS reporting is preferred.

Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

Freshers with good communication skills can be considered.

Basic knowledge of insurance products (training can be provided).

Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

Positive attitude and problem-solving approach.

. Experience in tele calling, tele sales, or customer service is an added advantage (especially insurance).

KRAs:



Handle inbound and outbound calls for insurance-related queries and lead generation.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Assist the finance department in preparing invoices, payment tracking, and reconciling accounts.

Support MIS reporting by compiling data, preparing dashboards, and updating reports on a timely basis.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently.

Ensure adherence to company processes and compliance guidelines while handling customer data.

Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to team efficiency.

Meet daily/weekly call targets and contribute to achieving departmental goals.

Handle policy renewal management.

Handle customer service, compliant, CRM management, follow ups, closure support etc.

Meet the targets related to no of calls per day, lead conversion rate, renewals achieved etc.

Participate in regular meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?180,000.00 - ?240,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
