Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Explain products/services clearly and persuasively in Hindi.
Maintain customer databases and update call records.
Follow up on leads, conversions, and pending inquiries.
Resolve customer concerns or escalate them to the appropriate department.
Meet daily/weekly call targets and performance goals.
Provide feedback to the team for process improvement.
Maintain professionalism and adhere to company calling guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good communication skills in
Hindi
(English is a plus).
Basic computer skills and ability to maintain call logs.
Ability to handle customer objections and queries patiently.
Strong listening skills and a friendly, confident phone presence.
Minimum 0-2 years of telecalling or customer service experience (freshers can also apply).
Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
