- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote healthcare services and generate leads
- Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries related to healthcare services
- Provide accurate information about healthcare services to customers
- Build rapport with customers and understand their needs
- Meet sales targets and conversion rates
- Maintain accurate call logs and update customer records
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Prior experience in telesales or customer service in the healthcare sector is an advantage
