ead management & distribution

-- capture leads from multiple sources (portals, website, ads, landing-pages), and automatically allocate leads to tele-callers / agents.

Tele-calling / Auto-dialer + Call tracking & recording

-- ability for tele-caller team to call directly from CRM (or via mobile app), automatically log incoming/outgoing calls, record calls, maintain call history and follow-up schedule.

Follow-up & reminders / workflow automation

-- reminders for follow-ups, automated messages (via WhatsApp/SMS/email), and managing lead pipeline across stages (enquiry ? visit ? booking ? closure). crm4realty.com+2teknovatecrm.com+2

Real-estate specific features

-- property/ inventory management (flats, plots, villas etc.), project-wise tracking, site-visit scheduling & tracking, broker/agent allocation if you work with multiple brokers/teams.

Team performance & analytics

-- dashboards to track calls made, conversions, response time, productivity per tele-caller / agent, source-wise lead conversion, etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
