We are looking for a Telecaller to manage client communications and coordinate with the internal team. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, follow-ups, and ensuring smooth client relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Make and receive calls with clients for follow-ups & updates.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
Maintain call records and share daily updates.
Handle client queries and escalate issues when needed.
Requirements:
Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Regional).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, CRM).
Positive attitude and ability to multitask.
Experience in telecalling/customer service preferred.
