Job Responsibility:
- Handle Inbound & Outbound customer call Professionally & Efficiently.
- Customer Inquiries, Complaints & Service Requirements.
- Maintain Records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with technical sales teams to resolve customer issue.
- Very Good in Verbal Communication
- Good Knowledge in MS Office.
