Initiate calls to prospective customers and explain product/service offerings.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Keep records of calls and customer responses in the CRM system.
Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when needed.
Maintain good relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups.
Meet daily and weekly call targets (number of calls, conversions, etc.).
Share feedback from customers with the internal team to improve services.
Key Skills:
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in Hindi, Gujarati.
Customer-focused with a positive and persuasive attitude.
Ability to manage time effectively and handle pressure.
Familiar with MS Office and basic computer systems.
Eligible Criteria:
Preferred: Graduate in Any Field
