Key Responsibilities:



Understand hiring requirements for various departments Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews (telephonic/video/in-person) Schedule interviews with department heads Maintain candidate database and follow-up communication Coordinate for joining formalities and documentation Maintain recruitment MIS reports

Key Skills:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Basic understanding of recruitment processes Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
