Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers based in Australia.
Handle inbound queries and provide accurate product/service information.
Qualify leads based on set parameters and forward them to the sales team.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate call logs and client information.
Follow up diligently on leads and ensure regular communication.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive relationship with prospects.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing) to refine calling scripts and lead-generation strategies.
Stay updated with service offerings, pricing, and any market updates.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (experience handling Australian clients is a plus).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral or Australian-accent friendly preferred).
Good listening skills, confidence, and persuasion ability.
Familiarity with CRM systems and call documentation processes.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to work in Australia time zones (early morning or overnight shifts, depending on your location).
Basic computer literacy (Email, Excel, CRM tools).
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in B2B/B2C calling for Australia, UK, or similar markets.
Knowledge of Australian culture, customer behavior, and business etiquette.
Ability to adapt conversation style depending on the customer profile.
