Key Responsibilities
Attend incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
Make outbound calls to generate and qualify leads.
Capture and update customer details in CRM or lead management systems.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead follow-ups.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred).
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation platforms.
Ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships.
Proficient in using MS Office / Google Sheets / CRM tools.
Positive attitude, good listening skills, and target-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service will be an added advantage.
