About the Role:

We're hiring Tele-callers who can communicate confidently and handle customer conversations with clarity. The role is simple, structured, and suitable for

both freshers and experienced candidates who want to grow in a professional environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide clear information about the company's products and services Handle inbound queries professionally and offer accurate assistance Understand customer requirements and guide them with the right details Maintain call logs, follow-up lists, and daily reporting Ensure a positive customer experience through polite and effective communication Help in the direct growth of the company

Skills Required:

Verbal proficiency in English, Hindi & Bengali Written proficiency in English & Bengali Basic computer knowledge (data entry) Confidence in communication and customer handling Quick learner with a positive, problem-solving approach
