Make outbound calls to customers to explain products/services.
Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain customer database and update call records in Excel/CRM.
Follow up with leads and convert them into appointments/sales.
Maintain a professional and polite communication tone.
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets.
Requirements
Good communication skills in Malayalam, English
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, WhatsApp Business).
Ability to handle customer queries politely and confidently.
Previous telesales/telecalling experience is an added advantage
