Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic team at [Gym Name]. Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls:
Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing members to promote gym services and special offers.
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and to encourage renewals or upgrades.
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify new leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking.
Maintain a database of leads and track progress using CRM software.
Customer Engagement:
Provide information about gym facilities, services, classes, and membership plans.
Address inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns potential clients may have.
Sales Support:
Assist in closing sales by effectively communicating the benefits of gym memberships and promoting introductory offers.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on call metrics and feedback.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on campaigns and promotions.
Participate in team meetings to share insights on customer needs and market trends.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and encourage referrals.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales, marketing, or fitness-related fields is a plus.
Proven experience as a telecaller or in sales, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to listen actively and respond effectively to customer inquiries.
Proficient in MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
