Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team in Amalapuram/Vinukonda. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer queries, and generating leads or appointments as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the product/services
Answer incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries
Maintain a database of customer information and update interactions in CRM
Follow up with leads on a regular basis
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
Work closely with the sales/marketing team to coordinate campaigns

Required Skills:
Good communication skills in English and regional languages (Telugu preferred)
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel/Google Sheets
Polite, confident, and patient attitude
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or customer service is a plus
