We are seeking a Telecaller for a UK clinic. The candidate will handle outbound calls, patient enquiries, and complaints. The role involves providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. The Telecaller will welcome and greet patients over the phone, keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. The position requires working with hospital information systems and understanding medical terminology.
Required Education:
Graduate / Post graduate in any field
Basic course in computers is desirable (MS Office, Word, basic Excel knowledge)
Experience:
1 to 2 years preferably hospital industry
Requirement:
Fluent English and excellent communication skill for outbound calls
Handle patient enquiries, complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
To welcome and greets patients over the phone
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Transferring Calls to the required department
Making outbound calls
Taking Messages
To think independently and exercise one's own judgment in determining actions during emergencies and challenging situations (e.g. if a patient refuses to pay his/her bill, they should know how to handle him or her)
To work with the hospital information system and other information technology resources and software as may be assigned on a periodic basis from time to time as per attached appendix
To give accurate and tactful explanations to visitors, patients and hospital's employees and in recording exact information for messages
