Minerva Defence Institute is seeking an experienced and results-driven
Telecaller with at least 2 years of experience in telesales
. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential students, discussing our various training programs, and converting leads into admissions. You will play a crucial role in generating revenue and ensuring the success of our sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential students, explaining the benefits of our courses and services.
Qualify leads and generate appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and student interactions in the system.
Follow up on leads and inquiries via calls
Address student queries and resolve any concerns effectively.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies and achieve goals.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or telecalling.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident tone.
Prior experience in educational services or defence coaching is a plus.
