Job Responsibilities:

Make

service reminder & follow-up calls

to customers. Explain

automotive services, offers, and benefits

clearly over the phone. Maintain accurate

call logs and customer records.

Handle inbound customer queries politely and professionally. Coordinate with the

front office & service team

for smooth workflow.

Skills Required:

Good communication skills in

Tamil (Basic English preferred)

Polite, confident, and proactive

personality Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, CRM entry) Ability to manage multiple calls efficiently
