Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
Explain products, services, or offers in a clear and persuasive manner.
Maintain customer records and update databases regularly.
Follow up on leads, appointments, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for smooth workflow.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Maintain professionalism and adhere to company call etiquette.
Handle customer complaints or queries with empathy and efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any graduate degree.
Prior experience as a telecaller, telesales executive, or customer service representative preferred.
Excellent verbal communication in English and regional languages.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, persuasive ability, and confidence over the phone.
