Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients from the database Handle inbound queries and provide accurate project information Generate leads and schedule site visits for the sales team Maintain proper records of interactions, follow-ups, and appointments Explain project features and pricing clearly and effectively Follow up with interested clients regularly Maintain and update CRM system with lead details

Candidate Requirements:

Female candidates only Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any stream 2-3 years of experience in Tele calling / Tele sales / Customer Service (Real estate preferred) Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English Confident, polite, and customer-focused personality Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
