Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain company products/services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide appropriate information.
Maintain call records, follow up with leads, and update CRM or call logs regularly.
Achieve weekly and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Build and maintain good customer relationships for long-term business growth.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead management and follow-ups.
Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during all interactions.
Requirements:
Minimum
6 months of telecalling or telesales experience
.
Excellent
communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati
(English will be an added advantage).
Confident, polite, and persuasive telephone manner.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM tools preferred).
