for taking a Bachpan franchise: eligibility, investment structure, site requirements, support offered, etc.
Maintain and update lead data, call logs and follow-up schedules to ensure no opportunity is missed.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, legal) for smooth onboarding of franchise candidates.
Prepare presentations, send proposals and answer any queries from prospective franchise partners.
Achieve monthly outreach and conversion targets, provide regular progress reports to management.
REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
in English.
Strong telephone manner - confident, clear, persuasive.
Proficient with computers: MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint), CRM or lead?management tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Previous experience in sales/cold-calling/franchise acquisition is a plus, but freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
