Make outbound calls to potential clients from a verified lead database.

Visa Consultation Overview:

Provide information regarding various visa options, including:Guide clients on required documentation and basic eligibility criteria for visa applications.Schedule consultations with immigration counselors for interested clients.Deliver high-quality customer service and uphold the company's reputation with professionalism and a positive attitude.Represent the company confidently and create a strong first impression on potential clients.

Appointment Scheduling:

CRM Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system. Ensure timely follow-up with leads and ongoing cases.

Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for number of calls and conversions. Contribute to overall team goals.
