Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident female Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information to clients, and coordinating with different departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend incoming calls and professionally handle customer inquiries. Maintain proper call records and update client details. Coordinate with different departments for information sharing and lead follow-up. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers and team members.

Required Skills:

Good communication skills in Hindi, English. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, ) Pleasant and confident personality Previous experience in telecalling (preferred but not mandatory)

Only Female Candidates Minimum Qualification: [ 12th Pass / Graduate] Fresher/Experienced both can apply
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
