Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.
Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales funnel.
Follow up with customers on inquiries, orders, or service requests.
Maintain call logs, customer records, and update the CRM system regularly.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Escalate customer issues to the concerned team when required.
