: Telecaller Executive (Remote - Part-Time)

Job Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Telecaller Executive to promote our IT services and generate qualified leads. The role involves making outbound calls, presenting our services, and ensuring lead conversion. Since this is a remote job, the candidate must use their own phone, SIM card, and internet resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Make 150 outbound calls daily to potential customers.
Present and explain our IT services, including: Website Development, Mobile App Development, SEO Services, Social Media Marketing, and Custom Software Development.
Generate a minimum of 5 qualified leads daily.
Maintain accurate call logs, prospect lists, and lead reports.
Follow up with interested clients to schedule meetings and demos.
Submit daily reports on calls and leads.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 months of telecalling/inside sales experience.
Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi.
Ability to explain technical services clearly and convincingly.
Must have own phone, SIM card, and internet access.
Highly motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Interview Process:
Round 1: Telecalling Demonstration (candidate will showcase calling & lead-generation skills).
Round 2: HR Discussion.
Note: The job will officially start only after the candidate receives and accepts the Letter of Intent (LOI).
Job Type & Compensation:
Remote | Part-Time
Fixed Remuneration: INR 5,000 - 7,500 per month
Additional performance-based incentives may be offered.
