Job Title: Lead Generation Telecaller
LOCATION-MURTHAL/ SONIPAT
We are hiring a motivated Lead Generation Telecaller to identify and qualify potential customers
through outbound calls. The role focuses on generating high-quality leads by understanding
customer needs and scheduling follow-ups for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
? Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases
? Identify customer requirements and generate qualified leads
? Explain basic product/service information to spark interest
? Schedule appointments or callbacks for the sales team
? Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and responses in CRM
? Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets
? Follow up on interested prospects
? Maintain a professional and positive calling approach
Requirements & Skills
? Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate preferred
? Experience in lead generation, telecalling, or sales (freshers can apply)
? Strong communication and persuasion skills
? Ability to handle objections confidently
? Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM tools)
? Goal-oriented and self-motivated
? Language proficiency: [English / Hindi / Regional Language]
Work Details
? Shift timing: 10:00 am to 5:30pm
? Weekly off: sunday
