We are seeking an experienced Telecaller with knowledge of the manufacturing and pipeline industry, particularly PVC, CPVC, sewage, and electric pipes. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, promoting products, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients, distributors, and contractors to promote PVC, CPVC, sewage, and electric pipe products.
Handle inbound queries related to products, pricing, quotations, and order status.
Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings/appointments for the sales team.
Maintain an updated database of clients, prospects, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
Provide product information and highlight key advantages of the company's pipeline solutions.
Coordinate with sales executives, distributors, and channel partners to ensure timely closure of deals.
Follow up with customers on quotations, orders, payments, and after-sales feedback.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Assist in tele-marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
Build long-term relationships with customers through regular communication.
