Explain products or services and their benefits to customers.
Answer incoming calls and address customer queries or concerns.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and maintain call logs.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions or offers.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
Maintain updated knowledge of company products, promotions, and processes.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred).
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software).
Positive attitude and customer-centric mindset.
Fluency in relevant languages (e.g., English, Hindi, regional language).
