We are seeking a motivated Telecalling Executive to join our team and drive sales of our TV and Mobile Accessories. The ideal candidate will have prior telecalling experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote TV and mobile accessories.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed product information.
Maintain customer database and update call records regularly.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries.
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and delivery.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of telecalling or sales experience.
Strong communication and persuasion skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.13 per month
