: We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to promote our Point of Sale (POS) machines to business clients (B2B). The role involves calling potential business customers, understanding their requirements, and scheduling product demos. The executive may also conduct basic POS demos, while the sales team handles final closures and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to business owners, merchants, and enterprises
Explain the features and benefits of POS machines clearly
Identify customer needs and qualify leads
Schedule product demos for interested prospects
Conduct basic product demos or demo pitches (training will be provided)
Maintain call records, lead status, and follow-up details
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover of qualified leads
Achieve daily/weekly call and demo targets

Freshers can apply
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
Good communication skills in English and local language
Basic understanding of sales or customer interaction
Willingness to learn POS products and B2B sales processes
Skills Required:

Time management and follow-up discipline
