A Telecaller is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to customers, clients, or prospects. The main objective is to generate sales, provide information, resolve queries, and maintain good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Answer inbound calls and address customer inquiries.
Explain products/services and persuade customers to purchase or use them.
Maintain customer records and update the database regularly.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure satisfaction.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi/English or regional language).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, email handling).
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
