Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller & Lead Handling Executive to join our team in Zirakpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, managing incoming leads, maintaining follow-ups, and assisting the sales team in converting inquiries into customers. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers for product/service promotion

Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with leads

Maintain accurate records of conversations and lead status

Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for smooth lead conversion

Provide excellent customer service and build client relationships

Meet daily and monthly calling and lead handling targets

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi & English

Prior experience in telecalling or customer support preferred

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM handling is a plus)

Confident, persuasive, and good at multitasking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
