We are looking for a confident and dedicated Tele caller who can communicate professionally with clients, handle queries efficiently, and perform well under pressure. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to manage client conversations smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
Explain company products and services clearly and confidently.
Manage customer queries, provide solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain and update client information in Tally/system.
Follow up on leads and support the sales team to achieve targets.
Work efficiently under pressure and manage high call volumes.
Coordinate with internal teams when required.
Required Skills & Qualities:
Strong verbal communication skills.
Confident and polite in client interaction.
Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge .
Ability to learn quickly and handle responsibilities responsibly.
