. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our digital marketing services, and setting up appointments for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a strong understanding of digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, etc.).
Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with interested leads.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable digital marketing solutions.
Maintain and update the CRM with customer details and interactions.
Schedule appointments and demonstrations for the sales team.
Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and close deals.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (preferably in digital marketing).
Strong communication skills in English and [local language if required].
Ability to persuade and convince potential clients.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts like SEO, PPC, and Social Media Marketing (training will be provided).
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
A proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.
